Pricing / Delivery Rates / Terms of Payment for Switzerland
All costs in CHF, including VAT (8.0%), excl. delivery costs
Prepayment
You will receive a confirmation E-mail with our terms and conditions of payment. Once we have received your payment within 10 days, we will dispatch your product in the next 10 working days.
Payment per Postcard_Visa
The amount will be transferred to the bankaccount of the ADAM BRODY GmbH. You will receive a confirmation E-mail regarding your payment. Once we have received your payment within, we will dispatch your product in the next 10 working days.
Packing and Delivery
The packaging and delivery rates* apply within Switzerland. For European clients the below stated rates apply. These rates are charged in addition. Any transfer fees will be charged to the customer.
Pricing / Delivery Rates / Terms of Payment for Europe
All costs in Euro, excluding VAT, which is different for each European country. Delivery to European Countries can be subject to custom and tax fees that can vary from country to country. Fees will have to be paid directly by the customer upon delivery. Please contact your local custom office for further information.

Packing and Delivery
The below stated packaging and delivery rates* apply for Germany, Austria and Italy and will be charged in addition. Packaging and delivery rates for other countries upon request. Any transfer fees will be charged to the customer.
Fulfillment of contract
Your orders are valid for 10 days upon receipt. If the named amount is not transferred within this time limit the order will be considered void.
Delivery and Deadlines
Delivery takes place in the next 10 working days upon receiving prepayment for Switzerland. Orders for Northern Europe, Germany, Austria or Italy will be shipped 1-2 times weekly (other countries upon request).
Your order can be delayed up to 6 weeks if an item is out of stock. ADAM BRODY will inform you immediately by email. You will also be informed immediately if an item is no longer available. If your item is no longer in stock your pre-payment will be fully and immediately refunded. ADAM BRODY accepts liability for transport damage or loss of your shipment, but only until the moment of takeover through the customer.
Faulty Products
Faulty products can be returned within 10 days in original packing upon agreement. Where possible the product will be replaced, otherwise the paid amount will be fully refunded.
Product Information
Colours of our products can deviate from the images displayed on screen due to different media and its monitor display.
Data Privacy
Your data is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties.
Terms and Conditions
ADAM BRODY terms and conditions are always an integral part of business transactions between client and ADAM BRODY. The terms and conditions complement the legal base of the Swiss Code of Obligation (OR). The client accepts these conditions tacitly upon business transaction taking place.
ADAM BRODY can change the terms and conditions at any time and without notice or obligation.
Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Exclusively Swiss law will be applied regardless if orders or delivery have been made from abroad.
